A slow recovery

So, despite my early bedtime and faithful doses of cold medicine, I am not quite over my cold just yet. Now it is mainly just the feeling that my head is stuffed with cotton wool...the runny nose and sneezing and watering eyes are pretty much gone. I just have the occasional cough now. I'd just like to be done, please.

I am impressed by the early entries into the fray for the Poetry Challenge this week. What excellent eyes my readers have! I'd love to see some more of you dive in. I know you're out there, and if you're reading this you can write a found poem. I promise you. Try it out, you may become addicted.

I have another idea for a found poem that I'd like to try, but I think I'll wait a day or two for my head to clear so that I have a better chance of doing well with it. I'd also like to (finally!) write that review I've been meaning to write for "Away We Go." Perhaps Friday.

Cicely,
another excellent point. Though if you count Mollie Sugden, that now makes five in the last two weeks...who's next? ;-)
